My new "reward" is this shirt from OneMoreMileRunning.com. It says, "You don't have to go fast. You just have to go."

Yesterday I started the Couch-to-5K Running Plan and logged 1.65 miles last night before bed. I know it could've been better but (1) I am completely out of shape, (2) 1.65 miles is better than 0 miles and (3) I'm SLOW. It's more of walking/jogging at this point then all out running and I'm so okay with that. I'm doing it 3 days a week, as advised by Cool Running so as not to overdo it but am planning on doing something 2 more days a week to give me 5 days a week of working out. I may do Pilates or Walk Away the Pounds. But I will do something. Something is always better than nothing.

That is a pretty good shirt. It rivals the "every damn day" one! You are right that doing something is better than nothing, and the more you do it, the better/faster/stronger you will be.
That is a great start!
I love that shirt! One More Mile rocks! ;p
